Let's accept one fact: we all are tied up in daily work and do not even realize what we are eating or drinking. They say, "You are, what you drink." and that’s true! Whatever we eat or drink, our health speaks for itself. We risk our health by drinking famous branded drinks without even realizing how unhealthy they are. It can really be hard for all of us to switch from unhealthy carbonated soft drinks.

When it comes to drinks, what should be your slogan this year? "Give junk the boot; switch to fruits."

Fact is, yes, genes do play a significant role in your body type, shape and size. "Genes tell the body where the head goes and where the tail goes, what goes on the front and what goes on the back," explains C. Ronald Kahn of the Harvard Medical School and president of the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston. 
 But we are all different in many ways. Yes, even you. Everyone has different body structure, different cellular reactions of eating or dieting, your strengths and weaknesses varies, and thus all of us have different behaviors that we’re more likely to succeed with.
